Diet against cellulite
Cellulite is an accumulation of fat in adipose tissue, affects mostly women and recorded preferably in the area of the thighs, buttocks and hips, it appears from adolescence, affecting both women thin as thick and is made worse with the passage of time. It can also be found in men, more punctual in the area of the abdomen.

A proper diet helps improve cellulite. It is also very important to conduct a physical exercise on a consistent basis. The sedentary life helps the emergence and growth of the same. An example of anti-cellulite diet would be:
Breakfast:
- Tea with a red grapefruit juice

- Orange juice and 2 Kiwis
- Yogurt skimming and a juice
Lunch:
- A slice of bread with cold meat turkey, chicken … and two slices of pineapple natural.
- 2 yogurts and two pieces of pineapple natural
- Fresh fruit salad
- 1 hard-boiled egg and a slice of whole wheat bread
Lunch:
- Green salad, roast chicken and yogurt skimming.
- Cucumber salad, lettuce and tomato and pasta with vegetables and pineapple
- Cream of vegetable and fish on the plate and fruit
- Pasta and salad vegetables in the oven
Afternoon snack:
- Juices, fruit, yogurt, milk
Dinner:
- Cream of vegetable, fish and fruit to the plate
- Grilled Vegetables, chicken and yogurt to the plate
- Tortilla French calf to the plate and fruit
- Miscellaneous light type of cold cuts and 2 eggs
Following all these indications we can get to reduce cellulite.
