Want more from your Summer Skin?

This summer, the warm sun on your face, and vice versa, and arms, and legs, you get the picture. During the summer, we wear less clothing because of the heat, we wear our hair pulled back in ponytails to keep cool, and sandals us to keep our feet cooler. All these ways that help us keep cool in summer expose our skin to various climatic conditions and environmental pollution that our skin is sufficiently protected from the cooler months. If you have dry skin, is probably happier in the summer months, because the skin is generally moister during this time. However, if the skin is oily, you probably do not enjoy the effects of heat and humidity because of oil production can be increased.
Some summer skin changes may be in order for you. For example, did you know that your delicate skin exfoliating facial scrub with rough, loofah sponge, man made exfoliating puffs, sponges and sea can easily create small, microscopic tears in your skin. In many people, particularly as the skin ages, these tears are optimal for areas of hyper pigmentation (dark patches) to develop through exposure to the sun.
A large, easy-exfoliating treatment is to use some organic honey and a little' sugar mixed together. The honey moisturize your face, while the natural sugars acids gently exfoliate without creating microscopic tears in your delicate skin.
Exfoliating arms and legs, knees and elbows are usually fine with the fact man and exfoliating puffs such, but on one of your most sensitive skin, you should use an exfoliating mixture like the one above. If you use this on your face or body massage in the skin and let it sit for at least 5 minutes. Rinse well with warm water (never use hot water on the skin). Do not clean after rinsing. Honey is a natural cleansing agent with anti-bacterial, so you are already clean.
Using this as a detergent for your summer skin care, you wipe away debris and bacteria, without stripping too many natural oils of the skin produces. These oils are very necessary; skin uses these oils to keep evidence of water and wet. While strip your skin, the skin starts to produce more of these oils in a bid to replace the depletion of moisture.
Even if you choose not groped organic honey as detergents, you must use a detergent free detergents. Detergent in your washing tend to over the strip of oils in your face and are often difficult to wash thoroughly. Leaving a slight residue on the face, these cleaners to add a drying process that once again pushes the skin to produce too much oil.
Detergent cleaners are free and clean, but you can not see foam from them, so do not be surprised. E 'in the detergent detergents that creates foam.
While simper advised to use facial moisturizer to keep your skin in optimal condition for good health and to help protect against various environmental conditions, you may find that using a water-based (rather than oil-based) face moisturizer works best for you in the summer.
No matter which you use, make sure you get one that has built in sunscreen. Every time you add a little 'sun protection for your products, we are helping to save from potentially harmful conditions later. At least, it will be less able to develop hyper pigmentation using products with built in sunscreen.
Another thing you need to keep in mind for the summer months, is that many cosmetic manufacturers now provide a foundation that has built in sunscreen. If you add this on top of using a moisturizer with sunscreen, you will be better protected.
The body moisturizer, usually a lotion in summer, should also have sun protection, but you must use a sunscreen added if you want to be alone for long periods of time. Remember, choosing the summer care of the skin with sun protection products, there are more chances of saving the problems later.
